Appointment Policy

When scheduling services a credit/debit card "hold" is required to secure the appointment.

 

We value each client's time and appreciate that you support and value ours as well. In order to ensure that all clients receive quality service, we ask that you adhere to the policies listed below. When you fail to do so it prevents us the opportunity to maintain the integrity and quality of our brand.

Late Policy

Clients who arrive more than 10 minutes late to an appointment will be charged a $10 late fee.

Clients who arrive more than 10 minutes late are not guaranteed service that day and may be required to reschedule.

Cancellation Policy

We respectfully request at least 24 hour notice for cancellations. Less than 24 hour notice will result in a fee equal to 50% of the reserved service amount.

Appointments made within a 24 hour period will require a cancellation within 4 hours of appointment time or will result in a fee equal to 50% of the reserved service amount.

No-Show Policy

"No Shows" will result in a fee equal to 100% of the reserved service amount.
